My lunch today!!
One can of tuna with 1 tbsp relish and mustard with two crackers, blueberry chobani, broccoli slaw (broccoli, sliced carrot, craisins, water, and 1/2 tsp splenda), and 2/3 cup raspberries and blueberries. 453 calories total. And 43 g protein!
